History of EPSI's logos

Évaluation Personnel Sélection International (EPSI) is recognized by the HR industry as Leader and Innovator. EPSI strives on providing HR services and products to a wide range of national and international clients using reliable and innovative assessment methods such as online testing.

As EPSI has evolved through the years, our EPSI Branding Team would like demonstrate using visual cues and description of how we have developed into a leader in our field.


2003 to date

The current logo is thus the results of the previous years that EPSI has evolved and expanded. The company's image demonstrates that the human aspect remains an integral part of EPSI's concerns and objectives. In addition, the logo represents the various services/products that we offer in the areas of consulting an assessment using a professional, reliable and ethical approach. Toward the candidates and clients. Finally, the crescent moon surrounding the acronym tends to visually demonstrate that the firm is constantly seeking excellence by exploring new market horizons.


2000 to 2002

Starting in the early 2000s, EPSI's corporate identity manifested itself in the shape of a human form. This new shape became the central component in the logo as well as replacing the letter "I" in the acronym, in its test booklets and evaluation reports. The human element thus is central to EPSI's philosophy and core values as greatimportance is placed on its resources, clients and candidates.

Furthermore, the form circling the acronym again was aimed at representing the organization's movement and vitality, but above all, EPSI's objective of offering its consultation services on the world stage.


1997 to 2000

The firm was taking flight and expanding its activities to various areas of human resources management, characterized the next period. It was during this time that EPSI began its work in skills management, making it possible to align all activities related to a central focus: recruiting, selection, training, career development, and workforce planning.

It was during this period that the logo was therefore representative of this trend in the firm's activities. Moreover, EPSI's basic concern for finding the most-suitable candidates for a job became an essential visual element for the firm's identity.


1994 to 1996

The firm's early years were deeply affected by market globalization, the mass introduction of technology in the workplace and the reorganization of work. This set of factors had a major impact on management style, but especially on how human resources were assessed and ultimately chosen.

Accordingly, the purpose of EPSI's first logo was to clearly declare its beginnings and entrance into the HR community. As a matter of fact, it was through the development of tests in order to select the right people for the right jobs that the firm was able to create its slogan "Expertise for Excellence" a reality.

By representing its acronym on a cluster of computer disks, the firm desired to represent its concern for the quality of electronic document management and the security of information pertaining to multiple specific tests that it was developing at that time for its client organizations.
