2010 SQPTO Conference
Montréal, Québec- Celebrating 30 years of the SQPTO
The SQPTO [Quebec association of workplace and organizational psychology] celebrated its 30th anniversary, and EPSI was a proud sponsor of the event. The conference gathered practitioners, managers and innovative researchers in the field of workplace psychology with the theme: Specific Solutions to Today's Challenges. The participants discussed ways in which workplace psychology can contribute to today's organizational efficiency and a positive work environment. In this context, we had the opportunity to promote our new COMPMETRICA assessment tools such as our managerial level multiple-choice tests (in-baskets) and the Organizational Values Test (OVT). We also networked with our existing customers and partners and were able to meet people interested in the newest trends in assessment tools. We would like to congratulate the organizing committee of the Workplace Psychology Conference and we wish the SQPTO another 30 years of success.
Great success obtained at the HRPA annual conference
Toronto, Ontario- Our presence at the Human Resources Professionals Association (HRPA) annual conference, which was held last January 27 to 29, permitted us once again this year to further promote our assessment products to Canadian businesses and firms. Notably, with this year's theme « Write your own legacy in 20XX », we were able to introduce our new assessment products including the Multiple Choice In-Basket Exercises as well as the Organizational Value Test. The clients we met at the conference demonstrated a great deal of interest in the wide range of Compmetrica assessment products. In fact, we would like to thank the numerous participants who approached us during this conference. We greatly anticipate next year's conference as another unique opportunity for EPSI to shine across Canada!
2009 CRHA Congress
Montreal, Quebec- EPSI's presence does not go unnoticed at the CRHA Congress
EPSI captured the attention of many visitors at the Ordre des conseillers en ressources humaines agréés (CRHA) Congress held on September 29 and 30, 2009 at the Montreal Convention Centre. The theme of the Convention, "COMMUNICATION, the cornerstone of HR management", was a perfect fit with the concept of EPSI's new Website, which will serve as a powerful communication tool with its current and future clients. Many of the delegates who attended the Congress got their fill of information from our kiosk, tried out our software, and attended the conference entitled "Communicating with outside people," given by our President, André Durivage. We want to take this opportunity to thank all the clients who took the time to come see us. Their enthusiasm for our products and services definitely bolstered our commitment to remain on the cutting edge of the HR field. We look forward to seeing everyone next year, which promises to be great given that the congress is going international!

Once again, EPSI was an exhibitor at the SQPTO [Quebec association of workplace and organizational psychology] conference, which took place under the theme Le développement accéléré des talents et de la relève [fast-tracking succession and talent development]. At this conference, EPSI president André Durivage, Ph.D., and Norman Pettersen, Ph.D., professor at Université du Quebec à Trois-Rivières, jointly demonstrated their expertise by presenting their research on using the "Person-Organization Fit (PO Fit)" model to improve the evaluation process.
