Attract, develop and retain talents
Welcome to the 21st Century where finding the right people to fill your positions is more challenging than ever before. Employees now have the luxury of choice, so attracting the right-fit has never been so important with no room for error. Today, organizations have so much responsibility on their shoulders because in addition to finding the right fight and developing their talent, their faced with the task of actively engaging and retaining them. The cost of losing just one employee is tremendous and cannot be afforded by any organization. Learn how to keep your top performers and continuously develop and engage them.

Jean-Francois Ménard»
  • WORKSHOP 1
“Leaders don’t do different things. They do things differently.”
Keeping people motivated is sometimes a very challenging task, however research shows that modeling a positive attitude yourself, can actually transform your teams outlook, empowering them in their own work. Engagement, when present can yield tremendous benefits for your organization whereas disengaged employees can be extremely harmful to both employee culture and your organization as a whole. Learn how attitudes can play an important role in engaging those around you.
