Since its creation, EPSI has carried out numerous projects, some of which have had a major impact on its clientele. Our participation in the technological shift taken by Mouvement Desjardins with regard to HR evaluations is one of our most significant achievements.
Thanks to our support, 93% of all hiring and promotion tests used by Mouvement Desjardins are now completed online on our Web Platform.
This new approach also allows the Mouvement Desjardins to manage all results for all of its candidates.
In addition to private businesses, our clientele also includes provincial and federal government departments.
We have undertaken the development of customized evaluation tools for the Government of Quebec. EPSI has collaborated with the "Centre des services partagés" to develop over a dozen skills tests designed for technical, professional and management positions. Its battery of tests allows it to meet a wide range of needs for various Quebec government departments. Note that many of these tests are scored by EPSI Inc.

EPSI is also capable of managing national processes and has been given the mandate to manage several national staffing processes for various federal government departments. We have evaluated candidates in all Canadian provinces as well as at the international level as part of staffing processes for various positions (e.g., negotiator, environmental specialist, project engineer, program manager, senior management, etc). During these processes, we have often taken on all of the activities associated with the development of merit criteria and evaluation tools, administration and scoring of exams, conducting interviews, and reference checks.
In some cases, the task of checking references, entrusted to EPSI, has involved up to 600 references across several continents, including ambassadors, deputies, commissioners, middle and senior managers. At other times, the firm was responsible for scoring a massive number of essay-type tests written by several hundred candidates.
EPSI is concerned about succession, and its tools clearly reflect this. Our firm regularly helps develop the succession process with a number of organizations in the areas of health and education. We offer not only evaluation products, but also candidate feedback and coaching services. EPSI works closely with management committees to promote the career development of their employees.
And when it needs to defend its expertise, EPSI does not hesitate to do what it takes. Over the past decade, EPSI has taken part in arbitration and appeal cases involving its tests or client organizations' own tests. Our firm has successfully defended the validity and reliability of its tools. We continue to provide support to our clients during legal challenges.

Finally, at the international level, EPSI has served as an expert advisor for job classifications or employee evaluations in several countries, primarily in Benin, France, the Netherlands, and Great Britain.
