  • Is it possible to buy products online on EPSI's Website?

    No. It is impossible to buy our products on this Website. However, if you wish to buy products or services, or obtain additional information, we invite you to communicate with us. If you wish to buy products online, we suggest that you visit the Compmetrica Website at www.compmetrica.com (new window). This site presents a range of generic assessment tools used by EPSI Inc. On this site, you will have the opportunity to purchase certain products online.

  • Does EPSI offer headhunting or placement agency services?

    No. EPSI decided not to offer these types of services. However, if necessary, EPSI can establish a partnership with a firm offering these services during your selection process.

  • In which languages are you able to offer your services and product development?

    We provide all our services in both Canadian official languages (English and French). Also, EPSI Inc. has resources in place for specific requests necessitating the use of other languages such as Spanish, Italian and Romanian (i.e., custom-made tool development, second language assessment, etc.).

  • Where could I find a complete list of the services and products offered by EPSI Inc.?

    All the products and services offered by EPSI are listed on our HR Solutions page.

  • I cannot seem to find what we need within the list of services offered by EPSI Inc.?

    If you have specific needs, EPSI will be more than happy to analyze them and guide you. We can help you fulfill several specific needs by relying on our vast network of experts who are recognized throughout different human resource sectors.   • How can I obtain information on your products or services?

    EPSI's website contains a large variety of information on our products and services. To help you with your search, you may type key words in our search engine. The search engine will then find the pertinent pages for you. However, if you do not find the information you are looking for, you can always get in touch with our consultants who will gladly guide you in your search for information.

  • What is the normal delay I can expect before receiving a response to the voicemail I left at 866-771-9078 or to the email I have sent?

    EPSI Inc. is responsible for answering received calls or emails within a 24-hour period, and that, during working hours. EPSI's offices are open Monday to Friday, from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm (EDT) and are closed on holidays.

  • Can EPSI be found on the National Master Standing Offer (NMSO) list from Public Works and Government Services Canada (PWGSC)?

    Yes. You can also use EPSI's services through PS online.

  • Who are EPSI's target clients?

    Since its foundation in 1995, EPSI Inc. established a diversified clientele including public, semi-public, and private organizations. Each consultant within the firm acquired an expertise specific to its clientele. This allowed EPSI to provide good services to all its clients, regardless of their nature (public, semi-public, and private).

  • What does the PDF acronym stand for?

    The PDF acronym (Portable Document Format) designates a computer file format used for publishing and sharing computer documents. This format allows to keep the original disposition of a document, printed or scanned, and makes it accessible, to visualize and print, on almost all computer systems.

  • How can I visualize PDF files on your website?

    In order to visualize these files, Adobe Acrobat Reader 5.0, or a more recent version, must be installed on your computer. Download the software.
