Athlete

For athletes, the psychological aspect of the game is just as important as their physical ability. We have all been witness to athletes who may be the fastest, strongest and possess the most natural-given talent, yet are never able to perform at that elite level. In any team sport, athletes are called upon to make difficult decisions. Being able to make the right decision in a very short period of time and in a limited space is crucial if an athlete is to be successful in any sport. Problem Solving skills:
A player’s problem-solving skills are linked to the ability to understand the team’s complex plays and schemes as well as anticipate the game as it unfolds.
