The personal information that you provide in relation to online testing is disclosed to and used by EPSI employees who need to have access and use this information for the purposes of managing the on-line testing and the test results and, when applicable, your personal information is also disclosed to your employer or potential employer for the benefit of whom you have taken the tests. We may also examine our server’s registers for security purposes, for example, in order to detect unauthorized intrusions in our systems.

You acknowledge and agree that EPSI, its affiliated companies, and agents or their respective employees, directors or officers and shareholders, will not be liable in any manner whatsoever, to you or any third parties, for any damage as a result of information transmitted by e-mail to EPSI. You may consult all your personal information, at this location, during regular business hours, by submitting a written request to EPSI, 6, Ste-Marie street, Gatineau (Quebec), Canada, J8Y 2A3. You may also request, where appropriate, the rectification of any personal information. A response will be given to you within thirty (30) days of your request. If, for any reason, the request for access or rectification of your personal information is refused, the grounds for such refusal will be communicated to you in writing.
